This is my first real attempt at an official custom.
I chose my Black Widow figure because I had two of them. She has red hair like Poison Ivy and seemed to be a good match.
I first washed the figure with a tooth brush and dish soap to degrease the figure's oily surface. Then I sanded the figure down with ultra fine sandpaper.
Next I used some Epoxy Paste to mold a leafy-like costume for the figure.
Next I primed the figure and lightly sanded.
Next I painted the figure and clear coated.
My only challenge is the joints. Paint seems to rub from the joints. I need to look further into how to avoid this.
